A Florida Keys man was arrested after beating his girlfriend after he had a dream she cheated on him, according to police.
Carlos Gascon’s girlfriend told Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies that Gascon beat her all day Friday. She was able to call for help at 6:45 p.m. after Gascon passed out.

An American-Pakistani co-production, the film tells the story of a Pakistani transgender woman who sets out to take care of an abandoned baby.
The lead actress, Kami Sid, said the film is about the real life struggles of a transgender person and what they have to go through.
“Transgender people should also be given opportunities to work in the film and drama industry,” the actor said. “They should be given work on their merit.”
I know the jpop fanbase is small on here but the silence on the assault on a Japanese idol by 2 men is so worrying. Hating idol culture doesn’t mean you should ignore serious issues like this. If we don’t get this more attention Japanese media will literally ignore it because the group’s management is already making this girl apologize for HERSELF being assaulted in front of the men who assaulted HER. It’s disgusting and it shouldn’t go unnoticed.
